With CLF, we ensure that we follow up on the feedback we receive by contacting the person who provided it. The term “Closed Loop” says it all: we close the loop. This loop consists of asking for feedback, receiving it, and providing a follow-up. In Closed Loop Feedback, written feedback is invaluable.
Luckily, you don’t need to provide an extensive follow-up to everyone. A simple thank-you for the feedback and letting them know you’re working on improvements is often enough. Our advice is simple: respond to ALL feedback! After all, everyone takes the time to help you, so the least you can do is respond.
Getting started with CLF at Feedback4Sports
